I recently had to deal with a return and refund through Sip Tequila, it left a bad impression. Maybe I’m judging them a bit harshly because this just happened, but the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies took a while, I kept having to follow up, and the refund details weren’t very clear. Other people might have had smoother experiences, but based on this most recent one, it felt like the support kind of disappeared after the order was placed. I wouldn’t be in a rush to order again...

"Shipping used to be faster"
I’ve ordered before and don’t remember shipping being this slow, so this was frustrating. I bought a bottle expecting it to show up within a few days, but it just sat there with barely any updates. Customer service replied, but it was mostly generic answers that didn’t really help. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. this used to be better, and I’m not sure I’d order again...

The tequila itself was good, so no complaints there. I just regret ordering it when I did because the bottle showed up late and I had been hoping to have it sooner

"Said it was in stock, then suddenly wasn’t"
I ordered a bottle because the site said it was available, and then later I got an email saying they actually didn’t have it. I don’t know, that just rubbed me the wrong way because I only placed the order for that reason.
The refund did come through, so that part was fine, but the whole thing still felt frustrating. Their inventory really needs to be more accurate because it ended up being a waste of time.

"Packaging was honestly not great"
The bottle box showed up all crushed, which was frustrating. It looked like it was just tossed in there without much care. I mean, the product itself might be fine, so that’s good, but the packaging really gave a bad first impression

"Poor communication after I ordered"
I placed an order and after that, I barely heard anything. Like I said, I wasn’t expecting constant updates, but I had to email them just to figure out what was going on. The replies took a while and didn’t really clear much up. Shipping info was confusing too. Like I said, the tequila itself might be totally fine, but the communication around the order was just really frustrating.

I reached out to support thinking I’d at least get a quick reply or some kind of update, but my emails were basically ignored. I wasn’t expecting anything special, just a little help when I needed it, so it was disappointing.

They did eventually sort out my order, but I had to follow up twice and it took way longer than it should have!!

I really wanted to like this site, but the pricing just didn’t make sense to me. I checked a few bottles and found the exact same ones cheaper elsewhere, even before shipping was added. I mean, why pay more for the same thing, right? Maybe the convenience is nice, but is it nice enough to justify the extra cost? For me, not really. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I was expecting a bit more from a tequila site like this. The picks felt kind of random and not especially memorable. Compared to other tequila shops I’ve tried, this selection just didn’t feel as curated or exciting...

"Wrong Bottle, Then Made to Feel Like It Was My Fault"
I ordered from siptequila.com and ended up getting a completely different bottle than the one I picked. Even the receipt didn’t line up with what was actually in the box, so it wasn’t just a small mix-up I could ignore.
When I reached out, the whole back-and-forth took way longer than it should have, and the replies made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of helped. Maybe it was just a packing mistake, but for what these bottles cost, I expected better. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Gift options felt a bit limited"
The gift options were okay, but there just weren’t many to choose from. I don’t expect a huge selection, but it would feel a lot fairer to shoppers if there were a few more choices available. It was a little disappointing.

"tequila tasted rough"
i really wanted to like this, but the bottle i got tasted harsh. it had that cheap burn and wasn’t smooth at all, plus the flavor felt kind of flat. probably wouldn’t buy this tequila again

I tried placing an order, but the website was frustrating to use. Pages were loading slowly, and the layout felt messy enough that I kept second-guessing where to click. The cart was confusing too, which made the whole process take longer than it should have. To be fair, maybe the site was having an off day or it works better for others, but after trying for a while, I gave up. It just wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

"Checkout just kept sending me in circles"
I was trying to pay and thought it would take like two minutes, but the checkout page just kept failing and looping me right back like I hadn’t done anything. I tried again, checked my info, clicked through one more time, and nope, same thing.
